Therapy with me is a collaborative journey where we focus on both your immediate needs and the deeper layers of your story. I understand that when you’re struggling with anxiety, grief, overwhelm, or self-doubt, what you need first are practical tools to manage the distress you’re feeling right now. At the same time, I believe lasting growth comes from exploring the patterns, past experiences, and inner parts that have shaped your worldview. In our sessions, we’ll do both—creating space for relief in the present while also moving toward greater clarity, resilience, and meaning.

My approach integrates existential therapy, parts work (IFS), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches invite reflection, compassion, and curiosity, while also providing tools you can apply in your daily life.

As both a first- and third-generation immigrant, I bring a lived understanding of what it means to navigate culture, family expectations, and identity across generations. I am also a proud ally to LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, and I am committed to offering an inclusive, affirming space where every part of you is welcome.
